  1. Rules. Knowledge, acceptance and modification.

Through its site https://eventsgbpayments.com/, Events GB puts at your disposal a service of advance sale of tickets, facilitating to the public and to the users the acquisition of tickets.

The use of the Web attributes the condition of user and implies the acceptance of the dispositions included in these General Conditions of Purchase and Conditions of Use in the version published by Events GB at the same moment in which the user accesses the web.

The user is responsible for providing his/her data correctly in the purchase processes established on the Events GB website, and must pay special attention to the introduction of bank and personal data.

  1. General

We sell tickets at the time and as they are assigned to us by the Promoters. The number of tickets made available for sale varies from event to event.

Any purchase of a Ticket from us is governed by these General Conditions of Purchase.

Your contract to purchase a ticket begins when we confirm your purchase and ends when the show for which you have purchased the ticket ends. All purchases are subject to payment card verification and other security checks, and your transaction may be cancelled if it fails our verification process.

You agree not to obtain or attempt to obtain any tickets through the unauthorised use of any robot or other automated device or any other unlawful or unauthorised activity. We reserve the right to void any transaction that we reasonably suspect has been made in breach of these provisions, without prior notice to you, and any and all Tickets acquired through such transaction will be void.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings which we reasonably suspect have been made fraudulently.

 

  1. Methods of payment.

 

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, regardless of the entity and the type of payment (credit/debit).

The ticket sales system uses a secure server and the latest encryption technology.

  1. Obtaining and delivery of tickets.

Once you have completed your purchase and received the confirmation email, your tickets will be available for collection. Both on the final purchase screen and in the confirmation email, we will indicate which collection options are available for your tickets.

Our aim is to send you your tickets as soon as possible. If your tickets have not arrived seven days before the event, please contact us. Please include your reference number and the name and postcode used to make the booking.

  1. Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing by email in order to be processed for a refund.

Special conditions relating to that particular event will appear at the time of purchase of each ticket and must be accepted by the user. These specify the exact dates available to the user to cancel the ticket and be refunded a % of the money paid. This % may be 100% or other, depending on the refund date.

  1. Tickets.

 

It is the responsibility of the USER to check your tickets; errors cannot always be rectified, although before starting the contracting procedure we will inform you of the technical means we make available to you to identify and correct data entry errors.

The USER is entitled exclusively to a seat of a value that corresponds to the value indicated on your ticket.

Your tickets may not be resold or transferred if prohibited by law.

A ticket may not be used for advertising, promotions, competitions or sweepstakes without the express written permission of Events GB. However, in the event that such consent is obtained, the use of our trademarks and other industrial and intellectual property must be with our prior consent.

  1. Event.

In the event of cancellation or change of date of a show, we will use all reasonable means within our power to notify you of the cancellation as soon as we receive the corresponding authorisation from the Promoter. Events GB, in the event of any change to an event or show, undertakes to:

  1. a) Send a message to the e-mail address indicated by the USER at the time of purchase informing of such changes.
  2. b) Events GB will inform the USER about the procedure to proceed with the refund of the amount.

You should know that the advertised start times of the shows are subject to change.

The tickets are sold without prejudice to the right of the Promoter to modify or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, without being obliged to refund amounts or change tickets, unless such change involves a substantial alteration.

 

  1. Cancellation

 

Occasionally, events are subject to cancellation, change of date or substantial alteration by the team, artist or Promoter for a variety of reasons. Please contact us for further details.

Once the ticket has been purchased, it will not be exchanged or refunded, except for reasons provided for in current legislation.

The impossibility of attending an event or show or the commission of an error when purchasing the ticket(s) are not grounds for a refund. The USER may not exercise the right of withdrawal or cancellation, in accordance with current consumer and retail trade regulations.

Cancellation: If a show is cancelled (and the date is not changed), the USER will be offered a refund of the sale price of their ticket, including the corresponding management fees per ticket. If a show is held over several days and one or more days are cancelled (but not all the days that make up the show), a partial refund may be made, corresponding exclusively to the cancelled day(s).

  1. Admission

The Venue reserves the right to refuse admission in the event of non-compliance by customers with any of the terms and conditions of the show, the Promoter or for security reasons. In such cases customers will not be entitled to a refund.

  1. Use of the website, restrictions.

The USER undertakes to use this website, its contents and services in accordance with the rules of use, the Legal Notice and not to carry out activities contrary to the law, morality or public order. Likewise, the USER undertakes not to carry out actions that affect the visualisation, extract information or attempt to access internal databases.
